Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp. soft unsalted butter room temperature!
  • 5 Tbsp. white miso paste if you like it more savory, use the golden miso
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch of mindfulness

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or food processor whisk all the ingredients together until completely smooth and creamy. Adjust the taste and add salt or miso paste as necessary.

Recipe Notes

It keeps fresh for about 1 week in the fridge. Cover it to keep the delicate taste and thaw for a few minutes if you want to spread it. It also freezes well in portions and keeps well for about 3 months.
